From April through November, Wanderbus runs special monthly excursions to popular regional attractions, markets, historic towns, and garden centres across Bedfordshire and nearby counties.
Thursday 22 October
The underground operations room of RAF Fighter Command's No. 11 Group, preserved exactly as it was when Winston Churchill visited in September 1940. There are 76 steps down into the bunker, but there's no rush. Café and exhibition centre on site.

Thursday 26 November
An extensive range of plants, seasonal décor and gifts, with a new restaurant on site. A lovely way to get ahead with Christmas.

Our excursions run from April to November, and each year's programme is confirmed after our AGM in late January. We'll publish the new dates here as soon as they're agreed. In the meantime, we'd love to hear where you'd like to go. Send your ideas to info@wanderbus.org.uk.
Full payment is required 21 days before departure, by cheque made payable to Wanderbus or by bank transfer. We’ll give you our bank details when you book. Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the excursion date and refunds will be discretionary. Concessionary passes cannot be used on excursions.
